Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Registration is by invitation only. You will receive an invitation link via email from an existing member or administrator. Click the link to set up your username and password. The invitation link is single-use and time-limited.

How do I navigate the dashboard?

After logging in, you'll see your dashboard with key metrics including earnings, investments, and wallet balance. Use the sidebar navigation to access different sections: Wallet, Investments, Buy Plans, Withdraw, Transaction History, and Profile settings.

What is the verification process?

To comply with platform policies, you may be asked to verify your identity by uploading a valid government-issued ID. This helps protect your account and ensures platform security. You can upload documents from your profile page.

Deposits & Withdrawals

How do I deposit funds?

Navigate to your Wallet page and select the deposit option. You will be provided with a wallet address to send your funds. Deposits are credited after network confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by plan.

How do I withdraw funds?

Go to the Withdraw page, enter your wallet address and the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum $10). Withdrawals are processed after confirmation. Please ensure your wallet address is correct before submitting.

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawal processing times depend on network conditions. Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. You can track the status of your withdrawals in the Transaction History section.
